A workout that combines cardio, strength and the energy of a group.

ELEV8 Workout is a dynamic combination of cardio and resistance training. Half of the workout is dedicated to cardio machines, where we elevate the heart rate and improve endurance, while the other half focuses on resistance exercises to maintain and build strength.

Heart rate monitors allow us to track workout intensity throughout the session and adjust the pace to suit individual abilities. The trainer ensures proper exercise technique, motivation and an effective workout structure.

Ana Knafelc

I’m Ana, a personal trainer with an international NCSF certification. I’ve been coaching for 9 years, but I’ve been training for over 17. I absolutely love outdoor activities, weightlifting, and hiking in beautiful mountain landscapes. I’m a food enthusiast and enjoy creating healthy meals, elevating basic ingredients to the next level.

My sports journey began at 12 when I put on my first taekwondo gi and tied my white belt. Eight years later, I earned my black belt. Due to time constraints, I shifted focus and found a passion for overcoming different types of obstacles. During this time, I also underwent my own body transformation, which allows me to deeply understand my clients’ struggles when it comes to overcoming their own challenges. I feel most confident in 1:1 training, where excuses are left behind, and fun is guaranteed.

Throughout my career, I’ve led a variety of group workouts, so whether it’s bootcamp that leaves you breathless or a relaxing pilates session, I’ve got you covered!

Rok Vodišek

I’m Rok, a 27-year-old former professional footballer who found a passion not only in football but also in helping others through training. With a desire to pursue personal training, I obtained a Sports Performance Personal Trainer certification from the Fitness Association of Slovenia. Throughout my more than 10-year career as a professional athlete, I also gained extensive knowledge of different training methods and put them into practice on a daily basis.

With the knowledge and experience I have gained, I want to help people improve their quality of life. I firmly believe that properly structured and guided training can make everyday life significantly easier for each of us, regardless of our current level of fitness.

I believe in the motto “Athlete for Life” – meaning that regardless of age, fitness level or other limitations, everyone can improve their quality of everyday life through the right kind of training.

Training has also taught me a great deal about the importance of proper nutrition, and I am happy to offer guidance in this area as well. When we combine training, quality nutrition and proper recovery, we can achieve things we may currently believe are impossible.

You are capable of more than you think. All it takes is the first step, and soon you can become the best possible version of yourself. If I can help you along the way, I’ll be more than happy to do so.

Teja Zadravec

I’m Teja, a student at the Faculty of Sport, where I’ve been expanding my knowledge of healthy living for several years. Sports have been an integral part of my life since childhood. I spent 15 years in competitive sports, which greatly shaped me personally.

I’m passionate about outdoor activities, like hiking, as well as fitness training. Time spent in nature is both a way to relax and an opportunity to strengthen both body and mind. With my passion for sports and a healthy lifestyle, I enjoy motivating others, helping them improve their lifestyle, and achieve their goals.

At university, I’m gaining rich experiences and deepening my knowledge about the connection between physical activity, health, and well-being. Leading group workouts brings me special joy, as I get to connect with people, motivate them, and spend quality time together.

Tim Adlesic

I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, certified by the Slovenian Fitness Association. I hold a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Management, but sport has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, which is why I have chosen to pursue it as my career.

I played football for more than 20 years, which helped me build a strong athletic foundation and an even greater passion for an active lifestyle. My approach is based on developing sustainable and healthy habits, with a strong emphasis on proper movement technique rather than intensity. My goal is to help individuals feel better, move better and achieve optimal physical fitness. I believe in a balanced approach to fitness, where physical and mental well-being are equally important.

For me, the key is to build a strong foundation and establish good habits that support long-term progress and lasting results.

Zala Koler

I am a 23-year-old student of special and rehabilitation pedagogy and a certified fitness trainer.

In my work, I am guided by compassion, energy, and a desire to help people feel strong, confident, and good in their own bodies.
