Trenerji

Ana Knafelc

I’m Ana, a personal trainer with an international NCSF certification. I’ve been coaching for 9 years, but I’ve been training for over 17. I absolutely love outdoor activities, weightlifting, and hiking in beautiful mountain landscapes. I’m a food enthusiast and enjoy creating healthy meals, elevating basic ingredients to the next level.

My sports journey began at 12 when I put on my first taekwondo gi and tied my white belt. Eight years later, I earned my black belt. Due to time constraints, I shifted focus and found a passion for overcoming different types of obstacles. During this time, I also underwent my own body transformation, which allows me to deeply understand my clients’ struggles when it comes to overcoming their own challenges. I feel most confident in 1:1 training, where excuses are left behind, and fun is guaranteed.

Throughout my career, I’ve led a variety of group workouts, so whether it’s bootcamp that leaves you breathless or a relaxing pilates session, I’ve got you covered!

Rok Vodišek

My name is Rok, and I am a 27-year-old former professional football player who discovered a passion not only for football but also for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Driven by my ambition to become a personal trainer, I earned my certification as a Strength and Conditioning Personal Trainer through the Fitness Association of Slovenia. Throughout my professional sports career, which spanned more than 10 years, I gained extensive knowledge of training methods and applied them in practice every single day.

With the knowledge and experience I have acquired, my goal is to help people improve their quality of life. I firmly believe that properly guided training can make a significant difference in everyone’s daily life, regardless of their current fitness level.

I stand by the philosophy of being “an athlete for life.” This means that regardless of age, physical condition, or any limitations, everyone can improve their quality of life through the right training approach.

In addition to coaching, I have also developed a strong understanding of the importance of healthy nutrition. I will be happy to guide and support you in this area as well. When we combine effective training, quality nutrition, and proper recovery, we can achieve results that may seem impossible today.

You are capable of much more than you think. All it takes is the first step, and before long, you’ll become the best version of yourself. If I can help you on that journey, it would be my pleasure.

Zala Koler

I am a 23-year-old student of special and rehabilitation pedagogy and a certified fitness trainer.

In my work, I am guided by compassion, energy, and a desire to help people feel strong, confident, and good in their own bodies.

Teja Zadravec

I’m Teja, a student at the Faculty of Sport, where I’ve been expanding my knowledge of healthy living for several years. Sports have been an integral part of my life since childhood. I spent 15 years in competitive sports, which greatly shaped me personally.

I’m passionate about outdoor activities, like hiking, as well as fitness training. Time spent in nature is both a way to relax and an opportunity to strengthen both body and mind. With my passion for sports and a healthy lifestyle, I enjoy motivating others, helping them improve their lifestyle, and achieve their goals.

At university, I’m gaining rich experiences and deepening my knowledge about the connection between physical activity, health, and well-being. Leading group workouts brings me special joy, as I get to connect with people, motivate them, and spend quality time together.
