Nika Ljubič
I’m Nika, a former cross-country skier who competed for 15 years. Sport has always been a big part of my life, which is why today I love sharing my passion for movement and a healthy lifestyle with others. I’m currently a sports coaching student, where I continue to expand my knowledge about effective and safe training.
During my athletic career, I also faced back problems, which led me to spend a lot of time in the gym. That’s when my passion for strength training truly began, as I realized how important proper exercise and building a strong body are for long-term health.
I’m an energetic person who enjoys motivating others and spending my free time in nature – in the mountains or on a bike. As a trainer, my goal is for you to leave every workout feeling challenged, accomplished, and proud of yourself.
Rok Vodišek
Rok Vodišek
I’m Rok, a 27-year-old former professional footballer who found a passion not only in football but also in helping others through training. With a desire to pursue personal training, I obtained a Sports Performance Personal Trainer certification from the Fitness Association of Slovenia. Throughout my more than 10-year career as a professional athlete, I also gained extensive knowledge of different training methods and put them into practice on a daily basis.
With the knowledge and experience I have gained, I want to help people improve their quality of life. I firmly believe that properly structured and guided training can make everyday life significantly easier for each of us, regardless of our current level of fitness.
I believe in the motto “Athlete for Life” – meaning that regardless of age, fitness level or other limitations, everyone can improve their quality of everyday life through the right kind of training.
Training has also taught me a great deal about the importance of proper nutrition, and I am happy to offer guidance in this area as well. When we combine training, quality nutrition and proper recovery, we can achieve things we may currently believe are impossible.
You are capable of more than you think. All it takes is the first step, and soon you can become the best possible version of yourself. If I can help you along the way, I’ll be more than happy to do so.
